<p>皆さん、アンニョンハセヨ！<br><br>今回は、忙しい朝に5分で作れる美味しいスープの作り方をご紹介します。<br>とても簡単に作れて美味しいですよ。</p>



<p>それでは、材料から見てみましょう。 </p>

・生食用牡蠣 200g　
・水 600ml   
・大根 250g  
・長ネギ 1/3本  
・にんにく 1粒　
・塩 小さじ1/3　
・粗挽き唐辛子 小さじ1/3

<p>２．<br>大根を厚さ3～4㎜のいちょう切りにして鍋に入れます。<br><br>長ねぎは5㎝に切り、ニンニクはスライスして鍋に加えます。</p>

<p><strong>より美味しくするコツ①　</strong><span class="marker-under-red"><br>大根は厚すぎたら火が通るまで時間が掛かり、薄すぎると食感が失われるので3~4㎜に切りましょう。<br></span><br><br>②<span class="marker-under-red"><br>牡蠣は過熱しすぎると硬くなりますので、加熱しすぎないように。</span><br>目安としては<span class="marker-red">60～90秒</span>にしましょう。</p>
