<p>アンニョンハセヨ、キムチ王子です。</p>



<p>今回は、幼い息子の為に作った天然調味料で作るほうれん草ナムルをご紹介します。</p>



<p>とても簡単なので、新鮮なほうれん草を見つけたら作ってみてください。</p>



<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">材料  </span></strong><br>・ほうれん草 1束(300g)　<br>・ 塩 小さじ1　</p>



<p><strong><span class="fz-22px">作り方　</span></strong><br>１．<br>ほうれん草を水で洗い、4～5㎝に切ります。</p>

<p>2．<br>鍋に1500ccの水を入れ、小さじ1杯の塩を加え、ほうれん草を茹でます。</p>

<p>干し桜エビを弱火で炒めます。<br>次にブレンダーに入れ、粉末になるまで回します。</p>
