<p>それでは、材料から見てみましょう。</p>



<p><strong>材料&nbsp; </strong><br>・胡瓜　6本　<br>・きゅうりキムチの素 <br>・塩水　</p>



<p><strong>作り方　</strong><br>１．<br>手に塩を持って胡瓜に軽く擦り付けるようにしてから洗います。</p>

<p>２．<br>胡瓜は、両端を切り落とし、5～6㎝に切ります。<br>それから片方を1㎝残し十字に切り込みを入れます。　</p>

<p>３．<br>塩水を用意し、1時間浸けておきます。<br><strong><span class="fz-18px"><span class="fz-20px"><span class="fz-22px">塩水　</span></span></span></strong><br>・水 800cc　　<br>・天然塩　大さじ4 </p>



<p>４．　<br>③を軽く洗い流し、ざるにあげて15分置いておきます。　</p>



<p>５． <br>きゅうりキムチの素を作ります。</p>

・ニラ　1/3束（50g）

大根は千切りにし、ニラは0.5㎝に切ります。
