Hello everyone.
I think the dishes I’m going to introduce today are very pleasing as snacks and side dishes.

If you find a seasonal eggplant, please try it.

Ingredients 
・1000cc olive oil 
・10 eggplants 
・Eggplant Namul seasoning 
Recipe 
1.
Peel the eggplant and cut it vertically into 4 to 6 equal parts.

Fry in oil at 170 °C for 4 minutes.

・4 tbsp Green onion 
・5 tbsp soy sauce 
・2 tbsp sugar 
・2 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking sake) 
・2 tsp of hot pepper flakes 
・2 tsp sesame oil 
・2 tsp of sesame seeds
