Cold noodles are roughly divided into two types: Mul Naengmyeon (soup cold noodles), which are eaten by putting noodles in cold soup taken with meat, and Bibim Naengmyeon(spicy cold noodles), which are eaten with spicy sauce without soup.
This time, I will introduce how to make cold bibin noodles with a spicy sauce that will appeal to you.
In the case of bibin cold noodles, you can enjoy it just by topping it with raw vegetables like a salad.

Ingredients ・1 bag of dried naengmyeon noodles (160g) ・Plenty of your favorite vegetables ・4 tbsp Bibim cold noodle sauce ・1 tbsp fruit vinegar ・2 tsp sesame oil ・1 tsp of sesame seeds ・Appropriate amount of pepper ＊Adjust the amount of sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, etc. to your liking.

Making sauce for Bibim Naengmyeon
The key point of Bibin cold noodles is the sauce!
Mix all of the following ingredients.
・3 tbsp Soy sauce ・2 tbsp Gochujang (50g) ・3 tbsp Sugar ・2 tbsp Fine red pepper powder ・2 tbsp chopped green onion ・1 tbsp chopped garlic ・2tbsp starch syrup ・1 tbsp of chili oil ・1/4 onion (50g) ・1/2 apple (100g)
Grate the onions and apples.
＊If you have Asian pears, it’s better to use Asian pears instead of apples.
Boil the noodles wash them quickly with water, and serve them in a bowl.
＊When boiling noodles, it is difficult for the noodles to grow if the time is 5 to 10 seconds shorter than the time stated in the instruction manual.
Sprinkle with sauce, top with boiled eggs and vegetables, and season with your taste.
