This time, I will introduce how to make simple and delicious side dishes using kimchi.
It uses kimchi, but I think it is a fluffy side dish that even children can eat.

👉Use a 20 cm skillet or frying pan.
・60g Kimchi ・1 can tuna (70g) ・2 eggs (size S) ・40g shredded cheese ・1/2 tsp soy sauce ・1 tbsp olive oil
Chop up the kimchi.
Drain the canned tuna and prepare the contents only.
Break the egg into a bowl and add soy sauce to dissolve it.
Heat a skillet, add olive oil and lightly fry kimchi.
Add tuna, mix and spread.
Put the beaten egg in <1>, put the cheese on it, and bake it slowly over low heat.
When the cheese is melted, it is ready to serve.
