・400g potato  
・40g Spam (or bacon)  
・2 eggs (size S) 
・50g shredded cheese 
・1/2 tsp black sesame (if any) 
・2 tbsp buckwheat flour 
・A little parsley powder

If you don't have buckwheat flour, use tempura flour or wheat flour.
・4 tbsp olive oil 
・2/3 tsp salt

Peel the potatoes and cut them into julienne.

Place shredded potatoes in a bowl and stir in 2/3 teaspoon salt.

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a heated frying pan, add half of <2> and spread thinly.
