This time, we will introduce a quick and easy recipe using enoki mushrooms.
Let’s start with the ingredients.
・1/2 pack enoki mushroom (100g)
・1 can tuna (80g)
・1/4 green onion
・1 tbsp olive oil
・1 tbsp soy sauce
・1/4 tsp salt
・A little pepper
Trim away the base of the Enoki mushroom bundle.
Then separate individual strands of the Enoki mushrooms.
Cut the Enoki mushrooms in half length.
Finely chop the green onions.
Crack eggs and place in a bowl, add salt, and beat.
Put olive oil in a heated frying pan and fry the green onions to bring out the aroma.
Drain the juice from the canned tuna, add and lightly saute, then add the enoki mushrooms.
Add the soy sauce so that it hits the pan directly to release the aroma, then sprinkle with pepper.
Put the egg on <3>, bake it on low heat, fold it in half and stack it.
Turn the heat down to low and grill slowly.
Serve with mayonnaise or ketchup, if desired.
