Introducing how to make delicious tofu ajillo that goes well with both rice and alcohol.

Hello everyone.
This time, I would like to introduce an extra recipe, not a Korean recipe, but a recipe for ajillo, which we usually eat a lot.

It’s a simple dish, but one that goes well with drinks. 

Let’s start with the ingredients. 

・1 tofu (300g) 
・100g rice cake for tteokbokki 
・1 green onion 
・2 serrano peppers 
・2 cloves garlic (chopped)  
・1 tsp red pepper 
・About 200ml olive oil 
・1 tbsp fish sauce

Cut the tofu into bite-size pieces, and cut the green onions into about 4 cm pieces.

Tohu ajillo

Fill a pot with 500ml of water, add 2 teaspoons of salt, bring to a boil, add <1> and pre-cook.
Drain the water with kitchen paper.

Put olive oil and garlic in the skillet and heat it to give it a scent.

Add <2>, add serrano pepper, red pepper, and fish sauce, heat on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, and remove from heat.

 Tips for making it more delicious  
Pre-boil in salted water!
Boiling tofu, green onions, and rice cakes for tteokbokki in salted water beforehand gives them a nice salty flavor and makes them more delicious.
