This time, I will introduce how to make kimchi, which is a combination of seasonal Mustard greens and radish.
In addition, the plant fiber of the Mustard greens activates the function of the intestines and has the effect of relieving constipation.
Let’s start with the ingredients.

Ingredients ・1 radish(1500g) ・1 bunch (1000g) Mustard greens ・Kimchi paste ・5 tbsp natural salt
Recipe
1.
Cut radish and Mustard greens into 2.5 cm pieces and place in a bowl.

Rinse with water, add salt, mix well and leave for two and a half hours.

I’ll mix it while soaking.

After two and a half hours, wash it twice with water.

Place in a colander for at least 30 minutes to drain.

Make the kimchi paste.

Make porridge with flour.

・250ml water
・2 tbsp flour
Heat the water and flour in a pan, stirring well.
When it boils, turn off the heat and let it cool.

Combine all the following ingredients and stir.
・1/2 apple (125g) ・1/4 onion (70g) ・3 tbsp garlic ・1 tbsp ginger ・200ml hot pepper flakes ・50ml fine red pepper powder ・4 tbsp Salted fermented shrimp(Saeujeot) ・3 tbsp fish sauce ・1 tbsp sesame ・3 tbsp sugar




Grate apples and onions and mix with other ingredients.



4.
Put <2> in a bowl and mix with kimchi paste, and you’re done.
