Introducing the spinach namul made with natural seasonings made for my little son.
It’s so easy, if you find fresh spinach, try making it.
・1 bundles of spinach（300g） ほうれん草 1束 시금치 1 묶음
・1 tsp salt 塩 小さじ1 소금 1 작은 술
Rinse the spinach with water and cut into 4-5 cm pieces.
Put 1500cc of water in a pan, add 1 teaspoon of salt and boil spinach.
Drain the water by exposing it to water.
Make natural seasonings.
Fry the dried sakura shrimp over low heat.
Then put it in a blender and turn it until it becomes a powder.
・1 tbsp sesame oil ・1 tsp of dried sakura shrimp powder ・1 tsp fish sauce ・2 tsp mirin (sweet cooking sake) ・1 tbsp sesame seeds ・1 tbsp chopped green onion ・1 tsp Soup Soy sauce （or・1 tsp of Korean miso） 👉 It is also delicious if seasoned with miso instead of soup soy sauce.
Spinach namul is simply seasoned with salt (or soup soy sauce), sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
However, it is easy to get bored with that alone, so please try it when you want to taste the taste of the restaurant at home.
