Ingredients 1～2 servings ・150g firm tofu ・3 eggs ・1/4 onion (50g) ・1/3 tsp salt ・A little pepper ・1 tsp sesame oil ・1 tbsp salad oil ・Tofu pancake sauce
Drain off the tofu.
Cut the tofu into pieces about 2 cm thick and wrap in kitchen paper to drain.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil, and mix.
Add the chopped onion.
Crumble the tofu from <1> into the bowl from <2>, put it in, and mix well.
Add olive oil in a frying pan, cover and bake, and you’re done.
Make the tofu pancake sauce in advance or while you are baking.

Tips for making it more delicious (1) Bake slowly over low heat. You can make a fluffy dish by covering it with a lid and slowly baking it over low heat for about 5 minutes.
