A slightly different “roasted yukhoe”

This time, I will introduce how to make roasted yukhoe with the flavor of open flame.
Yukhoe is a dish from Mongolia and is called steak tartare in the West.

Let’s start with the ingredients.

Ingredients 
・100g beef round 
・Sauce of Yukhoe 
・Wasabi appropriate amount 
・10g macadamia nuts (or pine nuts)  
・1 yolk 
・1 tbsp Chojang 
・1 tbsp sesame oil  
・A little salted raw pepper 

Recipe 
1.
Cut the meat into about 30g pieces and sprinkle with sesame oil.

Roast with a torch burner, allow to cool, and cut into small pieces.

Make a Yukhoe sauce.

Yukhoe sauce 
・1/3 tsp salt  
・1/2 tbsp soy sauce  
・1 tsp sesame oil  
・1/2 tsp sesame seeds  
・1 tsp chopped garlic  
・A little pepper  
 Mix everything.

4.
Add the sauce of yukhoe to <2>, season it, and put the yolk on a plate.
Finish with wasabi, Chojang and macadamia nuts.
