The dish introduced this time is pork bulgogi using fermented seasoning doenjang.
It’s a side dish that goes well with rice, and I think it’s good as a side dish for beer.
Let’s start with the ingredients.
Ingredients ・300g pork slice ・Pork bulgogi sauce ・Bulgogi vegetables
Make a sauce for fermented seasonings. ・2tablespoon doenjang(Korean soybean paste) ・1tablespoon dark soy sauce ・1tablespoon brown sugar ・1tablespoon of starch syrup ・1tablespoon of mirin ・1tablespoon of sesame oil ・2 taespoons sesame ・1/4 teaspoon pepper ・1/2 onion (120g) ・2 piece of garlic ・10g ginger
Cut the bulgogi vegetables.
・1/2 onion ・1/2 green onion ・2～5 serrano pepper
If you don’t like serrano peppers, remove them.
Cut the onion into 0.5 cm pieces, and cut the green onions and serrano peppers into thick diagonal slices.
Cut the meat to a length of about 4 cm and put it in a bowl with the vegetables.
Add the sauce and knead well so that the sauce soaks into the whole and leave it for 30 minutes.
Put bulgogi in a warm frying pan, start frying on high heat, and fry on medium heat until cooked.
Guarantee a delicious time ^ ^
